Providence Healthcare Network Employee Assistance Program is located
in the DePaul Clinic at 301 Londonderry Drive, Waco Texas 76712. EAP
staff members are available to schedule appointments during normal
business hours, M - F, 9:00a - 4:00p at 254-751-4869.
Calls received after hours will be returned the next business day.
Employees with emergencies need to call the DePaul Center at
254-776-5970.

Providence
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides supportive services to
employees and their families in meeting and overcoming difficult
life changes. The EAP also provides preventative and
growth-and-development strategies for maintaining a healthy work
environment sets the stage for improved employee performance. |

The
Providence EAP team routinely performs supervision of all
therapeutic interactions. The belief is that supervision is vital
for ensuring that clients are receiving the highest quality of
care. |

All
Providence Healthcare Network employees and their immediate family
are eligible for EAP services. Initial evaluation is without cost
and continued/ongoing counseling may involve some out-of-pocket
expense to the employee. Team growth -and-development and risk
prevention workshops will also be available. |
